I know we're trying to avoid PUFA. BUt we get it from everywhere. My question is how to at least get a good ratio of the PUFA we get?? I've been looking at cronometer and I see that right now, in the middle of the day/late afternoon. I've got .2 omega 3 and 2.2 omega 6, and the ideal ratio is 1:1. So I'm a bit off. How can I raise omega 3, so at lesat my small amount of PUFA is more balanced between 6's and 3's.

I don't think we need to worry about a balance of PUFA at all. Just keeping it as low as you can preferably below 4 grams is ideal. The whole balancing idea is for people who believe PUFA is good for us imo.

The omega3/6 balance thing might be nothing more than propaganda.
