Oleosomes

I am looking to use this tinted sunscreen, but I see it has safflower oleosomes. So does that mean it has PUFA in it? Thanks to anyone willing to take the time to help me.

Active Ingredient: Zinc oxide 16.1% (sunscreen). Inactive Ingredients: Agave tequilana leaf extract, bentonite, butyloctyl salicylate, caprylhydroxamic acid, capryloyl glycerin/sebacic acid copolymer, caprylyl glycol, carthamus tinctorus (safflower) oleosomes, cetearyl alcohol, coco-glucoside, diheptyl succinate, glycerin, hydrolyzed wheat protein / PVP crosspolymer, iron oxides, jojoba esters, maltose, octyldodecanol, sodium glucomate. tocopherol, trihydroxystearin, water.

I'm not sure how much pufa it has but the gluten alone would stop me from using it. I get a rash from products with wheat protein but that might not be the case for you.
