I have shoulder pain caused by old scar tissue. After years of physio, a cortisone injection, an ultrasound scan which showed no tendon damage but nothing else, I seem to be having some success with an active release technique, and Graston method practitioner.

Just wondered if anyone knew of anything else to speed the process up. (Please don't mention serrapeptase - useless) :)

Obviously I'm high gelatin, I take Life Extension K1/K2, vitamin D on the skin, eat liver regularly, and take magnesium and vitamin C (To help with collagen forming)

When I make oxtail soup I'll happily eat the end 'caps' of the bone sections, they go soft in the pressure cooker. So I think I'm good for calcium. :D

Cheers!
