I think it depends on the alcohol content and other solvents.

I would say if you ensure taking it with water then your good to go, I have only ever used Now Oregano gel-caps.

Yh I've taken just 3 drops in a capsule with olive oil for 3 days now I'm not sure if I notice anything tbh.

I've used it a lot of times. It's a very strong antifungal and also has antibacterial antiparasitic properties. Do not take it on an empty stomach. I sometimes take few drops in a capsule with the carrot salad. Strong stuff.

Yh I take it after food I can taste it on my breath after taking it but I'm not really noticing any benefits.

i take it before my main meal (evening) otherwise the burps can be brutal lol.
I think it keeps my digestion really clean idk?
