I'm taking the Now D-3 softgels currently and I'm satisfied. I haven't noticed any difference compared to other D's I've used in the past. The liquid type looks even better.

Carlson also has several new liquid Ds similar to Now...prefer them to capsules...Peat says oral might not be as available when it comes to D...but it seems Calcirol would be best of all, as it might give best topical absorption....I use Calcirol and Carlson

I am using Calcirol and have "Optimal vitamin D" on order.

Transdermal application is optimal.

but why this NOW d3 needs shaking? is it because it has no mixed tocopherols like thorne d3?

Carlson brand is legit. I love it too.
