total testosterone: 483 ng/dl, reference 300 - 720
free testosterone: 34.7 pg/ml, reference 47 - 244
shbg: 131 nmol/L, reference 17 - 66
estradiol: 15 pg/mL
I've been peating for over a year, and in the last 6 months alternating between 4 drops of 5a-dhp and androsterone a day. I've been worried that I was driving my estrogen too low, but it looks like my aromatase is still in high drive. As part of my Peating I am consuming aspirin, IdeaLabs k2 and Vitamin A, Vitamin E.
What more could / should I do? Up my dosage of 5a-dhp and andro?
