If I had to choose something for it:
DHT + Cacao powder and some coffee. With DHT I may feel like: if I socialize and it goes good, fine, if not, also good. I think worrying about it might get you into a bad mood.

Yes a friend of mine was adversely affected by lsd. I think uninhibited reality can be too harsh on certain people of certain circumstance.

usually if you have pre-existing mental conditions or high stress levels/fragile sense of ego, you have a higher chance of not being open to the experience and defensively clamming up which can cause quite an unpleasant experience due to your psychological resistance

you can not fix a personality disorder with hormones...if it were that easy everyone would be SANE.

OP doesn’t have a personality disorder. He’s completely self aware and is clearly not functioning as he knows he can.

I have been through forcing and forcing and forcing it to desensitise, it helps in a miniscule way but it doesn’t impact the route cause which is hormonal.

In my opinion it’s related to progesterone, GABA, dopamine, and a basic inability to metabolise and store calcium and magnesium. Inflammation is usually present but eating to cravings while including tolerable dairy, iodine, selenium....all thyroid minerals, and d supplement less than 5k iu with good vit a intake from greens, eggs and occasional liver, red meat a few times a week for zinc.

You might need to supplement magnesium unless you have a really good fermented whole grain option.

I think unhomogenised A2 dairy is likely important, too. Goats milk seems okay even when homogenised. Robust calcium and magnesium intake are very important in dopamine and GABA production in my experience. Extended sunlight seems to allow magnesium retention without a great diet, though you’ll need plenty of calcium with it.

As your vitamin D and A status improve and health returns you’ll likely need less calcium and perhaps a little less magnesium.

Nofap helps and so does avoiding stimulants and dopamine agonists (any drugs or alcohol), though perhaps occasionally indulging in alcohol to help you socialise might be okay. It must be limited and considered and purposeful though. It’s far too easy to slide into addiction.

Supplements are not generally the answer and can often be imbalancing. Lowering your prolactin naturally will give long lasting results.

If you're so tense you can't even socialize in a social setting, then alcohol is probably going to benefit you more than it hurts you if you just use a bit in the social setting. Hopefully eventually you can remember what you did while under the influence and replicate it when you're not!

It’s called liquid courage for this reason
