Nocturnal back pain

Fixed the back pain. All I did was stand, hips facing forward, and twist my upper body to one side, holding for a stretch (maybe 90 seconds on each side)
I've read previously you were having an ultrasound. How did that go? What exactly was checked through that ultrasound?
As you managed to fix your problem by doing a certain movement, I can assume it wasn't stress related?
