No Wonder Babies Are Always Sick!

When my oldest was born, my wife had issues with sufficient breast milk.
To supplement we looked at damn near every baby formula available. I did not like any and asked our Dr.
His reply was just use cow milk. This all happened overseas , and the country we lived in had the cleanest
milk commercially available in the world ,or so I was told.
He said to warm it, put in a baby biscuit that dissolves in the milk if needed. I am grateful to never have used the formula
for my kids (except for that two week stretch for child number 1).
In that two week period I noticed that my oldest smelled different. A bitter , almost rancid smell. Very different from what
she started with.
Now I read that cow milk is not suitable for babies-and goat milk is better. This may be true but I had no access to goats milk.
But based on my childs behavior (voraciously eating the cows milk) I think its fine.

My mother took DES when she was pregnant with me. She had a miscarriage before me, and took it pregnant with me as to not have another. Because of my mother taking DES my doctor, who I chose because he specialized in DES, said I could never have children. I had never been on birth control of any kind and, after 9 years of marriage, I had my first son. Four years later I had my second son. The thing that saddens me about mother’s who trusted that DES was safe, is that they contaminated their eggs, and the sons of those eggs are more than likely to be sterile, like my two brothers. Because of this travesty, I would never recommend anyone to take a medication or a vaccine while pregnant, no matter how safe the doctor says they are.

The pregnant woman's blood volume expands, to permit the supply of energy to match the needs of the embryo. If the blood volume doesn't increase, or if it decreases, as in pregnancy toxemia, her blood pressure will increase. Typically, the decrease of blood volume is accompanied by an increase in the extracellular fluid, edema, resulting from leakage of fluid through the walls of the capillaries, and albumin appears in the urine as it leaks through the capillaries in the kidneys. The amount of blood pumped by the heart, however, is increased in toxemia (Hamilton, 1952), showing that the increased blood pressure is at least partially compensating for the smaller volume of blood.” -Ray Peat

“The embryo or fetus is enclosed in a germ-free environment, so it doesn’t need an “immune system” in the ordinary sense, but it does contain phagocytes, which are an essential part of development, in the embryo, as well as in the adult (Bukovky, et al., 2000).
