So here I am sitting and actually enjoying beef liver, which is not something that happen often. Let's put all those delicious liver recipes here, in the no 1 liver recipe thread™.
Liver a la gummybear
Since I can't get fresh liver where I live I have to resort to supermarket liver. I put it in milk, for a few hours. I fry some onion rings in coconut oil, until soft. Put the onion rings away. Have a beer. Cut the liver in some slices, fry the liver in coconut oil, put back the onion rings together with the liver in the pan. Don't fry too long since it can get rubbery then. Finished. Plate up with some sour cream and a beer.
