I guess I have been dificent for no telling how long. I began supplementing very small doses like 30mg after meals. The following unfolded.

Water Weight tanked from starch meals.
Sufficient energy and actual ATP Meaning I ate potatos/oj/milk yesturday before my workout and had a full workout without fatigue and No Pre-workout supplement which I usually require to even think about lifting.
White tongue disapated
Boiling up right now
Anxiety is down.

Have I just had High free fatty acids floating around?

Aspirn and niacinamide always make me feel so good

It's funny to read that, in a few posts I have pondered whether I should mention what I'm doing . I do 30 mg of niacinamide right before meals (3x, suggestion from amazoniac), I also ditched dairy and wheat. I seem to do well so far but it's too early to tell, MB at low doses (less than 100 mcg) set me back over the course of a few days (damn tricky supplement, infrequent use is probably better for me), now I'm better again, masturbation also set me back. Egg yolks may help.

Masturbation is probably your biggest culprit which sets you back. It doesn't matter if it's with porn or without it. But as far as I know you probably know good enough what causes it (high estrogen, high cortisol, etc and the high prolactine spikes afterwards). Aspirin, Niacinamide, WBM, Adamantane and so on help to sustain a long streak.

I lost almost 10 kilo weight despite using 500 mg to 1 gram of Aspirine and 500 mg to 1 gram niacinamide daily. On the one hand they lower lipolysis, but on the other hand they are mitochondria uncouplers. During this time I lost weight AND gained strength.

I don't monitor my temperature but my extremities are always warm and I tend to overheat more easily during exercise. Riding my bike during winter time in relatively light clothes without feeling cold is another thing I want to mention (evening out the heat so I won't start sweating).

I use to think/experience this too, same thing with aspirin. I believe it's just a swelling of the cells/water/edema.

I think starch might be needed with niacinmide since it literally shifts you to alot of glucose buring.

I can actually handle white rice/potatos now since my body is able to burn it instead of getting huge spikes sugar and edema. I believe there might be less bad bacteria in my gut/tongue now that my body can handle the glucose loads and doesn't call upon bad bacteria to help it control the large glucose loads. My insulin sensitivity must be really increasing since I am starting to lean out and looking dense, as long as I eat enough glucose/sugar. If I don't I start to swell.

I have before. But I have found that might be due to edema or insufficent energy to the cells.

While on niacinamide if I don't keep glucose/sucrose loads regularly like 4-5 meals a day. I swell and it looks like I am gainweight.

Straight Sucrose alone will not be enough when the fatty acids are mostly shifted out of the equation. I introduced potatos/white rice and they are leaning me out, insulin sensitivity must be going up since I am looking dry and dense with glycogen.

Also lowers the doses, I put a tiny bit of powder from a 500mg capsule probably like 30-50mgs with each meal. Really helps the micondria oxidize glucose loads found in starch.

What are your guys sources of niacinamide?

Solaray is working really well, no sicilia or anything but some rice flour/bran. 500mg open capsule and put a tiny bit in my milk or water after a meal.

Learned your not suppose to put it in OJ since the acids turns it into niacin. Learnded this after I did that and went to class sweating and flushing like a storm.

Only thing I can think of when people have interupted sleep/Weight gain with naicinmide/aspirin. Is a lack of Glucose causing the cells to swell with water and stress reaction leading to wieght gain.

Which explains why people wake w/ adrenaline symptoms when taking niacinmide.
It will roast your sugar stores.

So starch may be needed and I have been eating it with great effects.

If I don't eat some white/rice potato every few hours I will swell. Swelling=Not Enough energy for the cells. I am pretty sure that sucrose will not be enough, But I could be wrong.

I will also note that Orange Juice Tastes incredible now so I am probably burning through it like fire. Which means my metabolism is increasing and explains the denser and muscular lower estrogen look that is coming on quite quickly.

Starch use to make me swell. From what I read, which could be wrong. Is The Body must call upon bacteria to help with the large glucose loads, which can lead to the endotoxin issue people have, and my white tongue which has disapatted.

i take niacinamide with aspirin and a bit of collagen and vitamin C and baking soda, and it doesn't upset my stomach at all...and works very well making me feel better.

Hey guys, what a great thread, so you find niacinmide helps lower water weight caused by carbs? By eating carbs with it?
I have a white tounge and im looking for a cure. This is something im very interested in.
Please advise on correct protocol.

Cool,any benefits why taking aftermeals or before should make a difference?

Aspirin and niacinamide should help with fat loss not hinder it. Remember glucose metabolism aka oxaditive metabolism increase metabolic rate and makes fat loss easier. You burn fat at rest and niacinamide and aspirin does not hinder that, it only prevents using fat as primary fuel which you dont want

What should we be aiming for with doseage, what symptoms in particular? Its obviously the wrong dose will makes you feel worse, but is the "right" dose the one that makes you... feel warmer? Breath harder (a la uncoupling)?
