So I've found niacinamide powder and on the package it says that it's for creams, lotions, toners and it shouldn't be ingested.
Ingredients: niacinamide.

I've made a skin lotion with it, using aloe vera and vitamin E.
But I also want to try it internally. Is that ok? Or are there two substances, niacinamide for internal use and niacinamide for external use? :)

Niacinamide can be used both topical and oral. But purity should be focused, maybe find a brand that is targeted for oral use?

I also question the use of fats in a Niacinamide cream, a water soluble substance.

I have noticed that a lotion containing aloe vera, niacinamide, olive oil, vitamin E is common, with niacinamide being soluble in aloe vera and vitamin E in olive oil .
You just have to shake well before using it.
