Just a couple of eggs from time to time, rarely though. Other supps are: b1, b6 (pyridoxine) and b2. Nothing fancy. I jsut take it with carbs and I don't even consume them that much. I'm one of those who barely gets any effects from supplements.
Ah alright idk thn I ordered Choline with it and also thorne ascorbic acid.
