OK guys any help would be appreciated, I have been searching honest but getting more confused.
So If want for instance a 5% Niacinamide solution, would I add 500mg to 100ml water?
If you guys could tell me what you think is a good percentage for each of niacinamide, asprin, caffeine. I'm wanting to use water, I understand it dosent last long but do you think weekly batches made up would be OK? Possibly add t3 too.
also thinking about a msm/taurine topical.
