Howdy. Coming from a standard american diet, I have a couple of questions about Peat's views on some foods:

1-) what does he think of canned wild fish (sardines and salmon)?

2-) which fruits does he recommend? Which fruits are a no-go?

Here is a quote from RP on fish

Eating low-fat seafood (sole, whitefish, turbot, scallops, oysters, lobster, shrimp, squid, etc.) once in a while can provide useful trace minerals, without much risk. However, fish from some parts of the ocean contain industrial contaminants in the fat, and large fish such as tuna, swordfish, Chilean sea bass and halibut contain toxic amounts of mercury in the muscles. Chilean sea bass (Patagonian toothfish) is very high in fat, too.

Here is a link to forums page on basic guideline on foods.

Here is a list of safe fruits. He explicitly mentioned banana as problem fruit,
it is high in starch, serotonin, latex etc. Papaya need to be fully ripe, it has
latex in it. Pineapple is high in serotonin , only in moderation.
