If you could find an open minded optometrist, yes, show them endmyopia.

You want a normal eye test.

for example you are -4 both eyes, start by finding the blur point of text and trying to clear it by finding your focus point.
the principles of eyesight improvement do not change.

The eyes get worse if you don't match the lens to thee activity.

Every activity needs a different strength lens, but people use the same strength lens for every activity.

For example. Reading a book with a full strength lens. To read a book, you would need less than your full strength lens.
Using the computer with the full strength lens. You don't need the full strength lens.

So I neee two to three kinds of eyeglasses? Whats the strength for reading book, computer and if im wathcing tv very far or going outside do I need to wear eyeglasses?

I think im farsighted with astigmatism
