Male, German, live in US, now 25 years, 51y old, farmer, eat healthy diet, pastured meats, veggies, moderate alcohol consumption (3-4 beers, mostly /week). no coffee, but tea in the am (most days, mostly green)
No energy, mental fog, no sex drive, PE/ED to varying degrees. no motivation, hard to focus... headache most days.
lots of money/legal stress over the last four/five years. in the last 7 years, got divorced, remarried, built a house, had 2 more kids (now 4) , started 2 businesses... so a bit of ***t going on.

Hair turned almost white (from grayish).

I am taking via functional doctor's advice:
HPA axis stuff
other herb I am happy to detail.
non of the test boosters do anything for me:
Togkat, pine, cistanche, mucuna, tribulus, etc... you name it I have tried it.

@haidut : now taking:
Pansterone x2 in the am and x2 mid afternoon
androsterone x5 am and x5 in mid pm (just upped this, definitely feeling better today)
Progestene x 4 in the pm
Gonadin x4 am
Kuinon x3 in am
Calcirol x 2 plus oral D3 emulsion as well

Tried Lapodin (does nothing I can detect other then staining my bathroom). What should I be noticing?not currently taking it.
Energin - did take it for a a couple of days, gives me energy, but seriously messes with digestion. not currently taking
MitoLipin - not noticing much... should I? have not taken the last few day, but have been applying once a day 40 drops transdermally in the am for about 30 days.

So, after all this, suggestions or questions pleas. Thanks for your time and help.

So, the tests were done before you started our supplements, right? Total and free T, as well as progesterone (P4) are either low or borderline low, while estradiol is high. Do you have extra fat around your waste or on other body parts? The higher FSH could be due to the low-ish T and P4. Pregnenolone/progesterone/DHEA may help restore levels and the doctor may even prescribe TRT.
Lapodin probably won't do much as your cortisol is low.

ok , this is great.
The second battery of hormones was done prior to taking your stuff. I am awaiting results of a detailed hormone panel coming back the next week or so.
I agree with your T/FreeT and P4 comments. definitely feeling better on the Pansterone/Androsterone/Progestene combo... I forgot to mention that I used alpha-DHP as well, used up first bottle, but did not get more. using Progesterone instead. The doc wants to fix the underlying metabolic imbalance instead of TRT.
I defniitely have experienced gonad shrinkage and have had some prostate issues ( not cancer, PSA is low, not BHP, not bacterial) I have used Zitpil suppositories and massage and it seems to make things better in that regard. The androsterone might help too.
Do you think DHT/7-ket or 11-keto DHT would be helpful?
I was also thinking about Diamant and maybe Cardenosin? maybe even metergoline? not sure if my general listlessness is high SErotonin induced or low dopamine function. seems like I am metabolizing the stuff and getting it out, but is it actually doing anything in my brain?

I would wait to see what the doctor says he think the underlying imbalance is. Then you can decide on supplementation.

thanks... anyone want to weigh in on this... feel like I am in the weeds here.
Started MitoSynery Copper yesterday.... Copper niacin 0.5 mg feels great... also figuring out VDR deficiency (Vit D Receptor) via genetic test. I am just not able to get to my hormone production... also what is up with the Chatecholemin chain? Dopamine catabolite super high but not (Nor)Adrenalin?

thanks,

N

To me.... the gluten in your diet could be messing up your gut . I wonder how your liver is. My suggestion would be to go off ALL supplements, do a 10 day master cleanse or juice fast, clean out your colon and liver and then retest. I bet you have a fatty liver or congested liver- just a guess. That will all of your hormones up .

Thanks for your input. we got gut bacterial etc tested as well. All fine. No gluten sensitivity...good thought. My liver is working overtime on some toxin/oxidation load however, you are correct. Liver cleanse might make sense.

as for gluten- i was tested for gluten sensitivity by my doctor and he told me that i had no sensitivity issue - but then i tested myself with an online site - sending blood in for all food allergies and i came up highly sensitive to it. then i got my DNA test done and it shows the same sensitivity . so...... the tests at my doctor did were also negative for the 6 types of parasites ( finally a specialist that I found on my own diagnosed these ) that i was carrying too. not sure what country you are in but USA testing is generally pretty weak IMO. my liver is finally doing way better after eliminating all supplements, lots of coffee internally and externally, and lemons for days. also for me fasting has really helped my liver function. ( intermittent , dry fasting , salt/potassium water , master cleanse )

wow. What DNA test did you do? years ago I did a liver and kidney cleanse (Hulda Clark recipe) with a parasite program, candida etc.. pretty intense. maybe time again.

I did EverlyWell for food sensitivities, 23 and me for DNA- then put my DNA info into Self-Hacked and got even more reports. As for parasite cleanses- I have done Humaworm, MMS, lots of supplements combo ones, took horse wormers. I did not do well with the Clark combo or really with Humaworm because the black walnut hull had a lot of iodine in it and it messed with my thyroid a lot. I think the recipe called Brendas De Wormer form Raw Food Rebel is the best minus adding black walnut. The salt water flush from the Master Cleanse protocol really works absolutely the best with or without the cleanse for parasites ..... at the end of the day that really is the safest and most simple IMO. especially if your liver is congested. PS raw garlic is a super good parasite killer but you have to make sure you are totally eliminating... parasites and candida kind of ball up and can really block up your intestines...at least that is what it does to me.

Do you eat liver and oysters? Those are indispensable for hormonal function, imo. Also, another way to check your thyroid function pioneered by people like Broda Barnes would be to take your waking temperature which should be around 98F and rise to 98.6 or above by mid-day, and pulse around 80-90bpm.

my pulse is and has been 60-65, I will check my temp... just got back a whole bunch more results, will post tomorrow... too late today...more indicators are pointing to hypo thyroid and hypo gonad at this point. yes to liver and oysters when I can get good ones. ... I raise the beef myself... good oysters are hard to find...

so...update. have been taking Niacin 100mg (flush kind) x2/day. more energy. but here is the kicker, metergoline 2 drops 2 days on 1 day off. I feel alive again... wow. what a difference. should comment in specific forum as well.

Initially tried diamant works as well, but took 8 drops, got completely mentally deranged. Agressive and argumentative mostly disconnected from feelings and sensitivity.
Am going to try T3 and see if that brings testosterone back.
Opinions?
