Hey guys,

I was browsing the internet last night and this one article kept popping up everywhere -- and low and behold, it was on the front page of my local newspaper this morning.

It's apparently a new brain-study study that says fructose causes overeating:

It seems to me that mainstream science is pinning every woe in the world on sugar, yet again.

What's everyone's thoughts on this?

Criminey jickets!

Here's just a couple of things to keep in mind about that study.

1. It was a very small study.
2. They used straight up fructose beverages. One would never consume fructose this way, as it's always paired with glucose.

I think people have misinterpreted my post. I vehemently disagree with the study. I think its bogus. I am a big sugar eater, taking in about 500 grams a day.

My point was mainstream science loves to pick on sugar, completely disregarding the bad effects of starch and PUFAs.
