My name is Zep, living in the Netherlands, and I was surprised to find a forum about Ray Peat.
a few years ago I came via the internet on Ray Peat’s site and found his theory very interesting
I study nutrition and health for several years and still wonder how many contradictions there exist within this topic. We can travel to mars but still do not know everything about good health and proper food concerns.
Also interested in the topic vaccinations and possible health damage, don’t know Ray Peat’s view into this matters.
Anyway, hope to learn and contribute to this forum.
