If I am to consume 150grams of protein a day would I need to double my carbs/sugar to 300g to support the protein intake? Is that how it works?

If I dont consume enough carbs/sugar with the protein then my blood sugar levels will be low? And create a cortisol/adrenaline release?

I have been eating like 15 bits around 1300 calories of unsmoked bacon a day and seem to be getting a good lean bulk with little lifting/exercise

26 in just over 2 weeks.

Look and feel 18 too

6ft 3 at 180lbs Roughly 12% bodyfat

very nice! There is some concern on pork intake, and pufa...that might be one consideration to switch from bacon to beef
