So I'm pretty new here, been browsing this forum for a few months and I am addicted! I love how in depth some people get, but honestly a lot of these discussions are above my understandings at the moment. I'm looking for good resources, books, lectures, podcast anything that will help me learn more about basic physiology. Thanks!!

You can learn a lot from reading or listening to the interviews found here;

Podcast feed;
Play Ray Peat interviews in your podcast player

Transcripts;
Audio Interview Transcripts

Also there is a lot of good info on the Functional Performance Systems website;
Functional Performance Systems (FPS) - Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Blog

Online physiology textbooks can be helpful as a reference for topics;
OpenStax

Also biochemistry;
Book: Biochemistry Online (Jakubowski)

This interview has a lot of good information on oxidation and reduction processes in the body; Biochemical Health Reduction And Oxidation, Politics And Science, 2015

(for issues on the false cell membrane and receptors see here;
