There’s a new mask device coming that monitors your breath for exhaled CO2 and VO2.
Calibre.
Tell me what you think. If it’s legit, and comes to market, it may be the first affordable CO2 tracker.

Just curious, what beneficial info does that provide? Not familiar with monitoring CO2
To start, CO2 is really the best way to determine your level of metabolism. More CO2 created and expelled means your cells are more fully oxidizing glucose to ATP, CO2, and water. Without analyzing CO2 in breath, the only way to determine metabolism is through heart rate and temperature.
