New Aspirin Recommendations

The title of the article makes the article seem worse than it actually is. They are just recommended adults over 60 who have never had heart attacks to not start taking aspirin because the bleeding risk is not worth the benefit (most people don't know that they should eat more butter, cheese, leafy greens for vitamin K to protect against aspirin's bleeding effect). They still recommend middle-aged people (40-59) and old people who have already had a heart attack in their lives to take it.
Hasn't the bleeding thing been debunked already?
