Do not be afraid to seek and pay for help by Peat Inspired Health Coaches.
Ray's articles are fantastic but many of us are at different levels of understanding.
The best way to get through this, is to track your diet, your mood, your bowel movements etc.
Create a To Do list of things to try, potential supplements, therapies etc.
Establish a list of foods and meals you like to enjoy.
Possibly seek an established individual like a counselor or psychologist to help you work out any personal conflicts, or to help establish a means to deciphering medical care help. I understand that this may in part be what Danny Roddy offers to many people. A metabolic consultant.
You can get lost in neuroticism, the best thing to do is to write it all out. Then maybe eventually you can come across a smoking gun of what you've been missing this entire time.
Possibly the same thing that 70% of the diseased population is not getting enough of or is getting too much of.
Try to be as holistic as possible, and rely on supplementation when you think it's necessary and not out of convenience ie not eating liver for personal reasons. Liver of a few ounces should be your daily supplement, easiest way to eat it is sliced thin, frozen and downed with a sip of water. No cooking or storage necessary.
Make small changes, make changes you know are that you are making, cover the fundamentals, all major electrolytes, protein, easy to digest fruit and starches - no skins, a vitamin c source - OJ / Bell peppers. Liver. Milk/yogurt/cheese/non pufa ice cream if tolerated, cover calories, and all water soluble and fat soluble vitamins.
Best of luck to new members here.
