SINGAPORE — From the start of next year, voluntarily unvaccinated individuals can no longer present a negative pre-event test result in order to enter vaccination-controlled settings such as malls, standalone stores and attractions, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said.

Singapore has always been an authoritarian state. Its initial excuse was because it's needed for its formative years. Now that is is fully formed and developed and boasts high income, it should have a strong developed middle class that can keep a check on its authoritarian addiction.
