I've never really focused on my gut health before, but I've had a prolonged period going on an off for the past 2 months. I think the main reason for my hormone imbalance mainly has to do with my gut health. I've stopped eating carrot salads for about a month because they turn me orange after a week or two of eating them everyday. Yesterday I went back to eating a carrot salad with vinegar and coconut oil and two teaspoons of baking soda and the bleeding has gone down significantly. What I'm mostly asking for are options that have strong antibiotic effects because I have years of cleaning up to do with my digestive system. I don't go poop on a regular basis either, so everything is a bit sluggish and I'm constipated almost all the time..
