Hi! Please help me with some progesterone concerns:
41 yr perimenopausal female. Normal thyroid.
Some sites say applying progesterone topically on skin leads so "build up" which is dangerous over time. Is that true? Does R Peat say anything on it?
When I do the slightest increase in progesterone I feel not the normal drowsiness but a rush (fast heartbeat and racing thoughts) but it goes away soon in a few hours. What could it be? Does R Peat say anything on excess progesterone?
Thanks
