Ndt Vs Synthetic Advice

I’m on the fence of whether to go NDT with a smal amount of supplemental t3 sporadically or go with a synthetic mix t4:t3. Any advice? Best brands and places to buy?

I have been on synthroid 50mcg for 6 months.

Any info would be great
