Ray recommends around 4 mcg T3 per hour.

The real question: Does this mean 4mcg x 16 hours = max 64 mcg T3 per day?

OR

4 mcg per hour, with no stacked dosages; ie. 8 mcg or 16 mcg T3 upon rising (1-2 grains), and then 4 mcg T3 when temperature drops?

I think he has said the healthy body usually makes 3-4mcg/hour. Most of us produce some, even if not quite as much as we want. I agree with esctatic - 1-2 mcg every hour or two might be more suitable.
Not stacked - short half-life, and excess can have unintended effects.

I don't really feel any effects until I get about 1 grain; then I feel excellent. I'll try spreading out the dosages over 4 hours.
