NDT Bovine or Porcine

Hi everyone.

Since I am going to run out of Cynoplus and Cynomel before the pharmacies in Mexico can get more (assuming they can ever get it again), I'm going to try NDT. Does anyone have an opinion regarding the bovine vs. porcine debate. Also, can someone point me to a post or a website that can help me translate the amounts in the product to the amount of T4 and T3?

I think porcine is better because it's closer to the human ratio. And it should have 38 mcg of t4 and 9 mcg of t3 for 65 mg of thyroid. That is also one grain.

Thanks JRMoney15. The site says each tablet or capsule contains 130 mg of raw desiccated thyroid. So I was wondering how that compares to mcg's of t4 and t3.

Yea so that's two grains. You just double the numbers.
