I have nausea pretty much every day, all day. Is it a lack of something? Or too much of something? Completely unrelated?

I sympathize as I am prone to this too. In my experience low protein/low blood sugar/poor liver function/serotonin seem to be the issues. Nausea will be chronic for me if I do not have daily egg, regular liver. I used to think it was the choline, now I'm not sure. Coffee helps, milk too. Ice cream I use like medicine. I'm finding cyproheptadine good for lowering serotonin. Oh, and ginger's been mentioned for serotonin recently. Some of these things don't appeal to appetite for me when nauseous, but work anyway.
