Natural Vs Synthetic Pregnenolone

I have seen health natura suggested as a a good source of pregnenolone. I believe it is yam derived and natural. However it would be more convenient for me to use capsules, so I have been using pure encapsulations brand on Amazon which I believe is synthetic. Should I be concerned with the difference in source of does it not matter?

Just started my Pure Encapsulations 10mg Pregnenalone. Let me know how it goes for you. I'm unsure of the difference in yam derived vs synthetic.
