Best way to naturally upregulate dopamine? - Brain Health - LONGECITY

"Have you ever tried red ginseng? This is a good choice for most average ADHD invidividuals, as it lessens the conversion of both tyrosine to dopamine (TH) and of dopamine to norepinephrine (DBH), thereby unpregulating everything downstream, gradually restoring faculties, and promoting a calm focus."

Very interesting. I have tried 1000mg ethanol extract (5:1) of red ginseng. Is this good enought to produce this effect?

nutra champs, i usually do 1 capsule daily though they want you to take two. usually late afternoon or early evening, when i want another cup of tea but shouldn't.

prince of peace's liquivials are also great. again, i usually do 1 vial instead of the recommended 2, and usually in the second half of the day.

just don't expect adderall-level results, you will set yourself up for disappointment if you do.

try different things too. you have do certain weeks where you say yep only going to do green tea in the morning all week and nothing else. do this experiment a few times over the course of a year to help get a better idea, because a lot of things change week-to-week. give ginseng a chance by itself. try combining them at one point. but make your own judgments, and try to write them down if you feel they are pinpoint
