Wondering what percentage of the calcium in an eggshell is stored in the membrane. Picked this supp up the other day and I'm hoping I can take it with meat to oppose phosphorus. Ingredients aren't great but they're not terrible either.

    TIA

I can't answer this BUT I stopped calcium supplements and rely on extra magnesium daily and D3/K2 for bone support. I read books years ago on the importance of magnesium vs calcium for bone health. Hoping too, the greens I eat are giving me some good bone health.

I'm taking a new joint supplement called Eggshell Membrane but on it maybe a month but don't know if it will do any good. I'm 81 and have done yrs of joint damage from wear and tear and lots of gym work. I keep trying things to keep walking and moving my best. Also went thru hip replacement which did a lot of body damage....
