What is rays opinion on these supplements. Is it just another form of niacinamide?

Not the same. Niacinamide is NAD+. NADH is the other end of the electron transport chain. Peat prefers a high NAD+/NADH ratio so would not recommend supplementing NADH. He does recommend Niacinamide though.
