Hi, how do you measure the degree of fascia development in a person?
The things you see in these videos are only possible with profound development of fascia. It is very rare, but it used to be slightly less rare:

Nearly everyone who talks about fascia is spouting theoretical stuff that is totally unrelated to their own experience. If you become familiar with people who have a daily experience with internal cultivation systems who can demonstrate their ability (rare), then you'll see they have a direct non-theoretical relationship with fascia and the qi it conducts (and watch them improve in front of your eyes). No one else is making good use of this information... Except for the basics, like how western doctors have done with emergency medicine. The potential is clearly profound, but there's a mental block because 1) it is outside of everyone's experience 2) people can't easily change and aren't open to change 3) zero mainstream establishments will legitimize this stuff for fear of being called names, losing power, losing funding, etc.

How do you know that the things in the video are caused by deep fascial development, and that deep fascial development is not a theoretical thing? I wonder how you establish that these abilities like the ones in the video are caused by a deep development of the fascia?

Years of manually changing your fascia via correct practice you can learn from a reputable teacher. After a few years of training the fascia daily you can perceive it separately from the rest of your body.

Is it physically visible on a person's body?

@Waynish How do you train fascia? Is it just a matter of nutrition and massage?

As @LastingJoy mentioned - "How do you know this is due to Fascia development? and only Fascia? Hmmmm. I studied martial arts only a few years, and met a few rare souls who had similar "Qi abilities". I am using this term for lack of a better one at this time. Acu meridians can travel through fascia, and also through muscles and meridians do connect with the organs. So, in my understanding and experience (30+ years) with acupuncture/body work there is no consideration particularly of the meridians using fascia for conductivity. Also with a few Qi Gong teachers there was energetic visualizations that had a lot to do with considerations of the Dan Tien, meridians through the leg to the earth, etc... . These were part of the practice and could be experienced, particularly with contact under the Teacher's direction. :):
