Hey Ray peat fans!

Lucas here.

I've applied so many of the Ray Peat principles in the last 2 years, some good things, some bad, but ultimately, I really just wanted to have high Testosterone/High energy.

This was my result.

A little about me:
-Weight train 5 days a week.
-160 grams protein, at least 250 grams carbs, and 50 grams fats per day.
-I eat plenty of Organ meats.
-Very high T4 and T3 levels, almost hyperthyroid.
-Very high Estrogen levels
-Low cortisol
-High DHT
-Low Prolactin
-High motivation.
-I abstained from ejac for about 3 days before this test.
-Hair thinning (I blame Iron deficiency)

Supplements I was using for 8 weeks prior to this:
-Natural Vitamin E 1000 IU, 2-3 per week.
-TUDCA 50mg daily, low dose.
-Taurine 3-5 grams daily (For many months).
-Cyproheptadine 500mcg every now and then (14-day intervals).
-Cistanche extract daily 1/2 teaspoon (I am affiliated with a company in the US, so DM me if you want my source, I do not want to spam this thread with affiliate links).
-100mg B1 daily
-Nettle Root extract
-L-phenylalanine 500mg in the morning on empty
-Olive Leaf Extract
-Calcium D Glucarate once a week to reduce beta-glucoronidase.
+more hacks which I actually developed a course on:

What organ meats do you eat? could you inform the quantity?

What is your vitamin E? if i'm not mistaken ray peat said that there is a huge amount of it in the liver, is that correct?

I eat mostly chicken hearts and Kidneys.

I probably have 2-3 serves per week, at around 150-200 grams per serve :)

I use Blackmores Vitamin E. Liver contains mostly K2, not so much E.

What is your routine? And how long did it take you to build that body?

I do sprints 2-3 times per week now, in the mornings fasted.

Also rowing machine, HIIT training 1-2 times per week.

I am committing to 50 pull-ups minimum per day.

I have been training twice per day now, as lockdown wtf else is there to do lol. Can't really date, so weights before dates aha!

I have been training for 7 years.

Do you eat conventionally sourced chicken organs? Any concern about toxin load? I'd love to just go for chicken hearts because they are much easier to source fresh than beef heart is.

I prefer eating organic hearts, but it's not that easy to source now.

I wouldn't be too concerned about toxin load... Just ramp up detox pathways, I use artichoke extract daily too.

I do lift weights heavy as well...

The sprints I have cut down a bit now to about twice a week.

The rowing machine is fkn intense!!! I only do it for like 10 mins per day at 100% effort now.

50 pull ups minimum per day.
Do you do those 50 all in a row? And surely you need rest days from pull ups?

@Lokzo Yeah, I have a Concept 2 rower also, intense machine. Steve Redgrave (look him up) was/is probably our greatest Olympian and to do what he did for such a long period (5 Gold) is amazing.
By the way you too look 'amazing'
I do about 30 minutes on setting 8 and nose breath.

I have been guilty in overdoing rowing in Years gone by and you can suffer with things like orthorexia and adrenal fatigue :(

Are those macros current--it sounds like you're eating ~2250 cal/day!? That seems extremely low given your physique and activity level. How much weight are you losing per week?

I ask because if that's your maintenance there's no hope for the rest of us! :tongueclosed:

Depending on his height, it could be, but it still sounds a bit low given the activity level. I lost around 1.5 lbs per week eating 2100-2200 kcal for the past 3 months and I'm now at 79.5 kg, 178 cm, 28 yo. Maintenance would be, I'm guessing, around 2500 kcal / day but I am fairly sedentary except for a daily 7 km walk and strength training 3x weekly.
