I wanted to share this on here because I don't know if everyone got to see it. It cost me around 30 bucks. Wood was 10 dollars and uv film was 20. You most get one that is very thick. Uv film blocks up to 370nm. Which is some blue and uvb. Will violent but close enough.

What about bad rays getting around the sides? I would think the sides need to be done to?

I point it to where ever the sun is that or I put it on top of my body while lying down. That is the best way. If I can. I think that if you put it to where the sun is it's small.

I think laying it over the top of you would prolly be best. That way there isn't much leakage in of harmful rays.
