supplemental sugar, salt, - coconut palm sugar too/fructose powder,

no blue light

blood tests before and after

avoiding all tv, films and video games,

wearing hemp clothing,

optional supplements : coq10, theanine, presciption meds like cyproheptadine,

the inverse relationship :

bad :
Cortisol,
estrogen,
serotonin
nfkb - taurine.
TGFB1 - taurine
pgd2 - aspirin blocks pgd2 by 86%
parathyroid hormone - vitamin D, calcium, avoid phosphate from meat/grains/seeds
prolactin - Bromocriptine,

good :
oppose them with:
thyroid, (t3, vitamin A cholesterol)
progesterone,
gelatin,
DHEA,
pregnenolone.
carbon dioxide.

pro metabolic foods:

shellfish
gelatin
fruit
dairy
coffee/chocolate
coconut
sugar
refined flour (like a corn flour or white rice ) eaten with saturated fat

anti metabolic substances :

flesh meat
nuts/seeds
oily fish
most vegetables
starchy fruit like bananas

fish oil
ala/carnitine
resveratrol
htp, tryptophan and melatonin
"superfood powders"
astaxanthin
herbs
"mushroom supplements mainly grain powder "

art
writing
music
friends/family
travel
nature
creating and building
helping others

anti metabolic lifestyle :

war
annoying people
crime
stress
paying bills and taxes
2 people shouting at each other in different languages
office jobs

nitric oxide - deplete with lysine
burn sugar/not fat
more calcium than phosphate (from grains) . calcium is needed for the thyroid
more gelatin than flesh meat,
no fish oil or PUFA, coconut oil/butter instead
carrot a day to reduce estrogen
white sugar to support thyroid
limit excess iron - give blood if necessary.
avoid nuts/seeds/avocados/olives/grains/legumes -
parathyroid hormone - consume more calcium than phosphate

And maybe instead of flesh, say muscle? And coconut should maybe be "refined coconut oil".

I have a feeling this list will get passed around. :D

I agree, potatoes are completely fine to eat

also forgot liver,

basically, less muscle meat, more organ meat

let me clarify why refined flour is better,

removes the fibre
removes the pufa
removes the phytic acid
removes impurities
easier to digest = less serotonin

refined coconut oil is also better for similar reasons, removing the unnecessary componenets of it like the odor and taste

also, the weston price foundation said those eating whole grains had more tooth decay than those eating refined stuff

Good list. How about sunshine and red light?

I'm curious, too, about hemp clothing. I am interested in learning more about the clothing we put next to our skin. Some people seek out organic-cotton clothing. I wonder if that is just because they want to support cleaner farming practices or if the fibers against the skin are less irritating.
