Bebbo, as long as you give her the vitamin K she is not going to bleed more because of the aspirin. You told me the blood was old so it's good that she coughed it up. Of course there is blood in her liver, she has had many surgeries during the last few weeks.
I am sorry, I know this is extremely hard for you but this is exactly what I told you before I gave you any advice: That you will have to be strong for her and be there for her and remind her and reassure her of everything you are doing to make her healthy, every time you come across a rough patch. There will be times like that. Times when she questions everything. It helps to do the research. The more you know what you are talking about, the more you can explain to her, the better you can calm her. Read the articles on cancer on the Ray Peat homepage. They are really calming!

You are doing many things now which all help against cancer and will make her feel better. I suggest you read a bit about LDN in cancer treatment and tell her about it. I sent you an e-mail. It is a very potent anti-cancer drug and it should help with the coughing, too. But the dried blood really should come out.

I think the first two weeks of treatment are always the hardest. Please, try to remember to have time for yourself every now and then without feeling bad about it. It's no help to your mother if you collapse.

Hello guys here is quick status update.

My mother feels better since yesterday, she slept well ( 9 hrs in total ) and coughed very little that night. Here's what we do at the moment.

Supplements: Progesterone(600-700 mg), 2mg of Ondansetrone, 1,5mg Naltrexone( I will increase the dose), 1 Grain of thyroid. Vitamin A 5000-10000 i.U , Vitamin D 2000 i.U , Selenium 150mcg. Baking Soda.

Lifestyle. Bagbreathing 5 times each day, Epsom Salt baths every 2-3 days, Infrared light 2 hours in total each day( 4 intervals 30 minutes each), putting her in a bag of co2.

Diet. No PUFA-Oils, no porc or chicken, jello with lots of sugar, potatoes, white rice, fruit, butter toast, honey, butter, beef, egg shells, the carrot salad, coke and coffee with sugar. I hope I didn't forget anything.

I will add aspirin in a few days and start with a smaller dose (500 mg)

Yes she coughed much, much less during the night. She stopped taking the Capval and at the same time started with the Naltrexone. Unfortunately she coughed more during the next day but that's normal I guess, we will do it again today. Moreover we added Aspirin back and will increase the dose slowly.

Yes the bottle is empty . The pressure valve is letting too much CO2 out of the bottle, I guess. I'm using a Co2/Argon pressure valve and the hose didn't fit plus nobody can fill the empty bottle again, we will buy a new one at Saturday and sell the old one.

That shouldn't have happend so soon. A 10l bottle should last about three to four months if you use the bag every second or third day.
Have you tried Linde for refilling? http://www.unterbichler-gase.de
There are some companies online like the Co2-Tankstelle. You can find them on ebay, too. Maybe contact them for a refill.
Can't you adjust how much Co2 comes out of the bottle?

We found a company to refill the gas. And I've got the same Druckminderer but what about the right hose ? We had to use a 4/6 mm hose put it over the Druckminderer and use a clamp so that it doesn't fall right off

Today she slept okay ( 6 1/2 hrs) with no coughing except when she woke up. Unfortuneately a new old problem arised, she has blood in her stool, bred right blood so it might be from an inner hemorrhoid.

I think certain food trigger hemorrhoid pain. For many people it's starch and gluten.

Oh we got Vitamin K, it's Super K that supplement you have suggested. I will give her 6mg today with 1 gram of aspirin. But when is the best time to take it ? Is it possible that aspirin and vitamin k have an antagonistic effect in the stomach ? I don't give her aspirin and vitamin at the same time but it would be interestig to know that.

No, they work in very different ways and the blood thinning of the ASA is not why she is using it in the first place. It's a COX2 inhibitor, anti-inflammatory and keeps PUFA out of her blood. Have you read Ray Peat's article on aspirin?
She can use both at the same time.
It's just that even the SuperK has some ingredients which are not good and the more you use the more these count. The oil by Thorne doesn't have any impurities, fillers a.s.o.

Yeah I read those I know that she should take it due to the inflammation but the blood thinning is my main concern, did you buy tit without having trouble with the custom ? By the way I got the thyroid pills yesterday, 1000 pills no problems whatsoever with the custom.

A little update: She is coughing much less during the night and a little bit less during the day unfortuneately she is leating less and feels weak plus she has allodromy when she is standing up .

I don't know yet what Ray recommends for cancer, so i will not comment on what has already be proposed.

In an ideal world, i would advise anyone with cancer, especially someone who smoked for thirty years, to go on the Gerson therapy.

But it does costs; on the other hand, you can help her with the therapy.

As i don't know your financial situation, i will mention 2 simple and proven therapies that you can implement on top of other treatments:

1. Oleander: one can make his own medication just by buying 2 Oleander plants in a flower shop, then boiling it for two hours according to Tony Isaac's instructions (http://www.tbyil.com/oleandersoup.htm)

The remaining option is the Rick Simpson cannabis oil, but you have to get hold of 2 pounds of dried medicinal buds, and that's not easy.
