I have a male friend in his early 50s. He has developed some weakness in his left hand TWO years ago. After a recent mri that study reported asymmetric small focus of increased signal of intensity in the Bassa ganglia. Asymmetric on the right side measuring 6mm .
Recently he has also developed involuntary movement in left forearm, pinky, index and thumb when his hand is resting.
Q: He is having an appointment with is neurologist. What questions would be good to ask
Q: What blood test would also be good to get done.
