2 drops TocoVit, 2 drops Progestene, 1 drop Tyronene together sublingual for a minute or 2 followed by a coke mixed with 2 drops Oxidal. Yeah baby! After breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try it, you will like it!

I need 40 drops of progesterone everyday to function somewhat :) (alongside other meds etc..)

I believe the TocoVit sublingual makes it stronger so maybe less drops for you...
