My 7-keto Dhea Experience

Hello.

My S-Dhea serum was 186,4 ug/dl Ref range: 34,5 – 568,9

Serum Cortisol was 20,8 ug/dl Ref range: 5,3 – 22,5 ug/dl

My doctor wanted to see my S-Dhea at least in 350- 600 ug/dl range, so say to me to use 7-keto Dhea at 100 mg a day.

I used it for 1 month. Results: I sweat a lot with this, I am weaker in the gym and my wake up temperature is still 35.7 to 35.9.

So, my problem is not cortisol based.

Maybe I am a vampire and don’t know that.

Can 7-keto dhea increases serum s-dhea numbers or only dhea do it? Can’t find anything about it online. Someone here used 7-keto and measured they level of s-dhea and see a increase?

Supposed to increase metabolism and Immunity via boosting T3- might explain the sweating??
