Anyone know anything about the beta glucans in mushrooms? Are they beneficial?
I’ve read they can stimulate the immune system... can this be bad for certain individuals?

And if they are beneficial, wouldn’t oats provide the same benefit?

Oats have a lot of PUFAs

Reviving this thread, what is the consensus on BG, good, bad or ugly??
Surely soluble fibre is beneficial, does anyone exceed 25-38 grams a day, and seen benefits of doing so.
