Muscle soreness

Hey ya'll,


Does anyone know the fastest way to get rid of muscle soreness? I did a minor (I thought) workout 2 days ago and am still really really sore.

Epsom salt and baking soda bath helps me.

Aspirin if it's still not enough relief.

Ingesting magnesium and sodium bicarbonate should have similar effect.
You can also try bag breathing to increase co2. Co2 should help with lowering
lactic acid. RP recommended salt, sodium bicarbonate and Epsom salt
bath for muscle soreness. He also talked about co2 absorption from carbonated spring.
Its in KMUD Alkaline and Acid, 35-40 min.

Cool, thank you. I did do the bag breathing already but probably not enough of it.
How much baking soda do people normally take? I thought I read 1 tablespoon somewhere on here once; does that sound good?

RP recommends 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times a day of bag breathing.
I do not feel well if i do too much bag breathing.
He mentioned that 1-2 tsp of baking soda increasing energy.
I would increase baking soda slowly or spread over the day.
People can have kidney stone related problem if pH
gets too high or too low.

And regarding getting topical magnesium without having a bathtub, some of us have been making our own magnesium oil with magnesium chloride flakes (I'm using Ancient Minerals brand). You can just mix the flakes with water and leave the resulting "oil" on your skin for absorption.
