Hi all,
When I play soccer I get such bad muscle cramps and I have been using magnesium oil , but I guess it's not enough? Anything else I can do ?
Thank you!

Also make sure you are getting adequate calcium
the most important electrolyte is sodium then magnesium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus follows..
Here is some info about sodium from very good powerlifter and bodybuilder.

@YuraCZ thanx man. Thats a cool video for sure and makes alot of sense. The one problem i have is that i struggle to get alot of salt in if i dont eat pizza or something with melted cheese. Because everything else i dont feel lend itself to alot of sodium ? any tips?

Like the man on the video says. 1 tsp of sea salt (5g) to every litre of water, or juice or whatever you are drinking + salting every meal.. + enough fluids and carbs to hold the sodium in the muscles..
