@HealthisWealth I think its good,it doesnt have iron which is good,it has chromium, molybdenium, manganese, selenium, they are good ,one thing about chromium is that ray thinks its too toxic to be supplemented, you can check it,I don't know how much is ok.

I know ray warns about alregens in vitamin supplements,so check how you feel when you take it.

I won't take a supplement, on a usual basis, with iron, copper and manganese (Fenton reaction). Copper to take separately if needed.
Vit C is probably 50/50 (not assimilated if not Nº CAS: 50-81-7 ).
There is no real vit A (retinol). Low conversion.
B12 and B9 are top (methylated).
Vit E is a mix toco. so ok.

If you need micronutrients, I would rather make a cure with Schussler salts or germinated seed shoots.
I add some nigari in tap water for my germinated wheat seeds. I only eat green part (herb) on my salad.
I would add some magnesium and selenium. Some mixed tocopherols (Vit E) and once a week vit A (rétinyl palmitate).
Try to find a good vit B mix (with niacinamide - no niacin - methylated B9 and B12).
If you take more than 2.000 UI vit D, you'll need K2 too. Interaction between vit A D K.
I won't take polyphenols on a regular basis (quercetine, resveratrol).
No need for chromium, Molybdenum, boron, iodine if you eat food sources.
200 mcg mixed selenium is ok but I won't take it every day. Too much could be pro-oxidant.
I won't take ALA every day. Only in cure 5 - 7 days. (chelation). It's versatile. It could lower thyroid hormones and interfere with supplement (T4), blood sugar levels (if B1 deficient, if you eat refined sugar). ALA may interfere with the way the body processes certain drugs using the liver's enzyme system. But it's Ok for most people if in cure. It can be useful against glycation, in association with bêta-alanine (not carnosine).
