I'm struggling to easily integrate the micronutrients into my diet on a consistent basis. It's too easy to forget a weekly piece of beef liver or oysters, for example.
So, I've had some "good" results with this multivitamin:
Basic Cell Energy by Dr Rind
Does anyone have any experience with it?
Based on my body mass, the recommend dosage of that multivitamin is somewhere between 2 and 3 pills. When I take 3, I'm a steady 98.6 F with a pulse in the mid 70s all day. Without the multivitamin, I can't seem to get above 98 F.
I know I've read about Idealabs working towards a multivitamin - certainly that would be my preferred source. My concern with that I'm taking is my "good" results are to be believed are are driven by a stress response to some stimulant ingredient in there.
