MSM Vs Glucosamine/chondroitin As A Source Of Sulfur?

I’m looking for ways to increase my bio available Sulfur intake. I understand it can be made from cysteine/food but I’m fairly sure I have some issues with the pathways after much research.

I already take taurine, and been implementing Epsom salt baths to great effect

but what about MSM or glucosamine/chondroitin, or perhaps both?

I also have leaky gut issues (possibly from poor Sulfur metabolism?) so would the glucosamine/chon have benefits for that aswell?

I don’t have joint issues, I just want the Sulfur. Any thoughts on these supps?

The GAGs contain significantly more sulfur than MSM.

Chondroitin is a chain/helix of sulfate ions.

However, both MSM/DMSO/Chondroitin give me excessive and most foul flatus as though fire and brimstone churned within my gullet.

LOL

I decided not to use any of those supps and recently discovered san Pellegrino water has great amount of sulphates in, and have been cooking my rice in it. Decent way to get it in along with plenty of other minerals
