Very interesting.

This illustrates the phenomenon of infant new born immunity tolerance, lasting for about a few weeks after birth, where the infant's body surveys itself and learns what's his and what's foreign to him in order not to attack himself later on; when his full immunity kicks in, everything that got encountered during these few weeks won't be recognized as foreign; thus if any cancer cell survived in his body, it won't be attacked by it's immunity.

That was well explained by french Dr Andre Gernez in his books.
